A company is looking for an Accountant II M&A. Key Responsibilities Participate in due diligence meetings and gather key financial data Support ERP data conversion and validation, including customer/vendor data Perform month-end close activities and assist with annual audits Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in general accounting functions 1+ years of experience in Project Management (Preferred) 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (Preferred) Experience with ERP systems and data integration/validation Workday experience is a plus
