Key Responsibilities Manage the month-end close process for expenses, ensuring high-quality financials and effective communication with the finance team Facilitate documentation of key procedures and processes, establishing continuity and cross-training within the team Support M&A activities and assist with tax-related duties, including balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting Required Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or equivalent; Master's preferred 7+ years' experience in accounting, including General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliation 2+ years' experience managing a high-functioning team Thorough understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
