Accounts Payable Administrator
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator. Key Responsibilities Process invoices through the workflow and administer assigned stores and queues Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors Provide customer service to vendors and proactively communicate with supervisors regarding workload and process improvements Required Qualifications 1-2 years of previous accounts payable experience High School graduate or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous customer service experience
