Key Responsibilities Monitor staff performance and address training or performance issues Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans for the team Prepare reports and provide assistance to internal business partner inquiries Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum 5 years of experience in medical collections, denials, and appeals High School Diploma or GED Expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and NCCI Expert knowledge of third-party billing guidelines and billing claim forms (UB04/1500) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
