Administrative Operations Clerk
A company is looking for an Administrative Operations Clerk to support day-to-day office and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records and documents
Assist in coordinating office activities and communications across departments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in office administration is a plus
1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
