A company is looking for an Admissions Inquiry Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and web forms, providing information and routing inquiries to appropriate departments
Collect patient information, schedule screening appointments, and conduct reminder calls while ensuring a positive customer experience
Document calls in a CRM and encourage families to proceed with the admissions process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in call center or customer service roles
Experience with high-volume inbound call management
Organized and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Availability for hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm MST or CST
