A company is looking for an Adventures Support Representative to enhance member experience and support the outfitter network. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for Outfitters, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues Deliver high-quality service to members regarding reservations and membership concerns Assist internal teams with data entry and special projects as Tier 1 support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Customer service experience in both B2B and B2C environments Proficiency with multiple digital tools and platforms Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends
