Application Support Team Lead
A company is looking for an Application Support Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Align services to business needs by implementing improvements to support business processes
Provide operational and technical direction while offering high-quality technical support for applications
Own and drive a portfolio of strategic technical projects, including building automation and maintaining application health
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of enterprise technical support experience, including a Team Lead role
Experience delivering small- to medium-sized technology projects
Familiarity with tools such as Python, PowerBI, and PowerShell
Ability to provide off-hours coverage on rotation
ITIL certification preferred
