Appointment Coordinator
A company is looking for an Appointment Coordinator to manage leads and facilitate consultations. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth qualification on over 100 leads daily and follow established lead processes Utilize a CRM tool to engage with prospective patients and arrange consultations Meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or sales goals and perform additional tasks as assigned Required Qualifications At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience Experience handling a high volume of outbound calls and chats (100+/day) Experience using a CRM tool Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Full-time and weekend availability, with the ability to work 3-11pm Eastern
