A company is looking for an Architectural Designer (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities Incorporates sustainable design solutions and supports practical, aesthetically pleasing, and code-compliant conceptual designs Prepares renderings and visual aids, and assists project teams through all project phases, including design and construction Ensures timely distribution of documentation and supports the Construction Administration phase by responding to RFIs and conducting site reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited university 0-3+ years of professional experience; internship experience of 6+ months preferred Proficient understanding of site and building regulations, design techniques, and construction methodologies Proficient in MS Office, Revit, and 3D rendering software (Lumion & Sketchup); experience with Affinity software preferred Satisfactory completion of background screening
