Key Responsibilities Organize and manage daily activities for a team of AR Denials Specialists and Follow-Up Representatives Monitor team performance to ensure production goals and quality standards are met Provide coaching, training, and development to team members while conducting performance reviews Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Denials Management and Contract/Reimbursement Analysis 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with team members Commercial billing experience and understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes Knowledge of HIT systems such as EPIC or similar billing systems Bachelor's degree preferred, along with certification in billing or medical coding
