Key Responsibilities Organize and manage daily activities for a team of AR Denials Specialists and Follow-Up Representatives Provide quality coaching and training to staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met Perform workflow management and collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and resolve account issues Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Denials Management and Contract/Reimbursement Analysis 4+ years of experience in a direct supervisory role Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing Established understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes Bachelor's degree preferred; certification in billing or medical coding is a plus
