Associate Support Engineer
A company is looking for an Associate Support Services Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to address and resolve technical issues through various communication channels
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor performance metrics and proactively support large customers
Document customer issues and contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
6-12 months of engineering experience with coding capabilities
3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company
Experience with APIs and API-based SaaS integrations is preferred
Proficiency in JIRA or similar ticketing systems and a strong understanding of databases
