BDR Team Leader
A company is looking for a BDR Team Leader to build and execute effective outbound and inbound sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and refine outbound methodologies and engagement strategies
Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify and target key accounts
Manage and coach a team of 2-3 SDRs to enhance their prospecting skills
Required Qualifications
3+ years of BDR/SDR leadership experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity
Proven expertise in outbound sales development and creating outbound playbooks
Strong leadership and coaching skills for team development
Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking outreach effectiveness
Fluency in modern sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Amplemarket
