A company is looking for a Benefit Plan Builder to configure and maintain healthcare plan documents within internal claims systems. Key Responsibilities of the Benefit Plan Builder: Build and configure new benefit plans in accordance with detailed plan documentation Update system settings for new group implementations and plan amendments Validate and align plan language with intended group benefits and system configuration Qualifications and Skills for the Benefit Plan Builder: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience as a Claims Examiner or in plan building Familiarity with benefit administration systems such as VBA, Javelina, or GBAS preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Accurate typing and 10-key skills
