Benefits Administration Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Specialist responsible for supporting the development and execution of benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans
Collaborate with external benefit providers to manage plans and resolve employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with benefits laws and regulations, managing required reporting and audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or related functions
Previous experience in leave administration with knowledge of federal and state-specific leave laws
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements
Experience with benefits modules in HR systems, preferably Workday
