Benefits Administrator
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Administer U.S. benefits programs and provide support for Canadian benefits, ensuring compliance and a high-quality employee experience
Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and short-term disability, in collaboration with third-party administrators
Act as the main escalation point for employee benefit and leave issues, providing accurate guidance and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration with a focus on managing leave cases
Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
Proficient in Google Sheets for managing data and tracking benefits
Experience collaborating with HRIS and Payroll to resolve data-related issues
