A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative. Key Responsibilities Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, or fax Assess user issues and provide first level support for problem resolution Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy Technician experience required HIPAA certified Call center experience required (3+ years preferred) Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
