Salesforce System Analyst
A company is looking for a Sales System Analyst to support internal customer needs and manage CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize processes related to Lead-to-Opportunity in collaboration with various teams
Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance daily processes
Provide support for Salesforce users and conduct user acceptance testing and tech stack audits
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
2-3 years of experience in Salesforce, including configuration, development, and user management
Strong knowledge of sales business processes in the opportunity-to-close cycle
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Familiarity with CI/CD methodology
