Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Handle incoming calls professionally and manage call transfers, messages, and interruptions
Document all calls accurately and refer complex inquiries to the Lead/Supervisor as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
0-5 years of customer-facing work experience, with contact center experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
