Bilingual HR Business Partner
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership in a remote-first, global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Collaborate with leadership on headcount planning, individual growth opportunities, and the annual review cycle
Design organizational structures, manage HRIS systems, and develop HR policies that align with company values
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with 2-3 years in a management role
Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Experience in building and scaling HR programs in a remote-first environment
