Business Administration Specialist
A company is looking for a Business Administration Specialist to support finance, office operations, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage client invoices and oversee automated workflows
Maintain financial records, process payments, and handle accounts payable functions
Manage office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and team travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration and/or Accounting
Proven experience with Google Suite
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Previous accounting experience is a bonus
