California Licensed Field Examiner

A company is looking for a Field Examiner (Remote - CA). Key Responsibilities Conducts on-site and/or remote pre-loan and recurring field examinations to assess collateral quality and operational issues Evaluates various assets as collateral for loans and formulates recommendations to improve credit and collateral quality Communicates field exam results and assists in identifying reporting requirements related to loan risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Credit Administration, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience Knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts receivable and payable Advanced written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Field Examiner experience in Factoring or Asset-Based Lending is preferred
