Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations for clients, including onboarding, payroll, and employee documentation
Serve as a hands-on HR expert for clients, building partnerships to deliver HR services
Educate management on employment laws and advise on employee relations and compliance issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of HR, Payroll, or client-facing/customer service experience
Strong consultation skills and ability to influence leaders
Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and earn credibility with client groups
