A company is looking for an Account Executive/Floater in Personal Lines. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business, developing client relationships and striving to grow and retain clients Oversee the management of assigned accounts, including proactive consultation and coordination of risk control resources Conduct annual reviews with clients, making coverage and loss control recommendations to reduce the total cost of risk Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma / GED; College degree strongly preferred Minimum of 5-7 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred) Willingness to complete continuing education requirements as needed
