Contracts Operations Principal
A company is looking for a Principal, Contracts Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Communication Systems Contracts organization in operations, training, and policy implementation
Drive strategic process improvements in proposal reviews, change management, and contract lifecycle management
Establish consistent training objectives to enhance employee competencies within the contracts organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management and proposal development
Demonstrated expertise in Government contracting and strong business acumen
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract negotiation and government procurement regulations
Proficient in MS Office
