A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst IV, Performance Management. Key Responsibilities Support the organization's Revenue Cycle strategic objectives through financial planning and operational performance analysis Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with affiliates to identify areas for revenue cycle analysis Provide special purpose reports for senior leadership to advance the system's financial goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 8 years of recent relevant experience in healthcare administration and reimbursement Knowledge of financial analysis principles and healthcare industry trends Experience with computerized accounting/financial systems and revenue cycle applications Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple reporting relationships and manage projects effectively
