Call Center Lead
A company is looking for a Call Center Lead, fully remote in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Answers telephones and responds to moderately complex customer questions or forwards calls to appropriate personnel
Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
Monitors daily transactions to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Four or more years of customer service or telephone experience
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
Familiarity with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
Skilled in the use of help desk software
