A company is looking for a Care Concierge to provide holistic care for patients with chronic neurological conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide seamless care coordination over messaging and phone to ensure a smooth patient experience Prepare patients for medical visits and assist with administrative needs, including scheduling and insurance navigation Track patient feedback and contribute to clinical process improvements and standard operating procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare, medical assistance, or clinical care Prior experience working with insurance, including submitting prior authorizations Experience working closely with clinicians preferred Knowledge of clinical admin systems (EMR) and testing portals preferred Availability to manage inbound patient inquiries for 8 hours a day, 5 days per week
