Change Management Principal
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Principal to drive and manage organizational change initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies to enhance employee engagement during organizational changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify barriers and align change management efforts with organizational goals
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership and recommending improvements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in change management or related roles
Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Prosci Certification preferred
