Channel Enablement Director
A company is looking for a Channel Enablement Director who will lead channel enablement initiatives to drive partner success and enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy aligned with company goals
Design and deliver training programs and maintain training resources for channel partners
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement initiatives and analyze partner performance data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement
Proven track record of successful channel enablement strategy development and execution
Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
Experience with training and development, including instructional design
