Channel Partner Client Analyst
A company is looking for a Channel Partner Client Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level system support for Channel Partners, including troubleshooting and resolving client questions
Perform regression testing and ensure proper functionality of client sites
Manage open items ticket log and prepare for client status calls
Required Qualifications
Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software preferred
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
Analytical skill-sets to effectively use data for strategy
Familiarity with system audits and client issue resolution processes
