Claims Intake Representative

A company is looking for an Intake Representative, Claims. Key Responsibilities Obtain and document first notice of injury and loss information from customers Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding loss reporting options and procedures Analyze claim information and determine necessary actions or further information required Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma required One year of full-time experience in customer service and/or claims intake preferred At least one year of experience in the insurance industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to work in multiple systems Experience in a call center environment or with Workers' Compensation or Property & Casualty is a plus
