A company is looking for a Leave & Disability Claims Quality Assurance Manager to oversee claims management processes and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Leave & Disability Quality Assurance team and identify trends for improvement Develop and implement a quality program that aligns with organizational values and evolves with business needs Lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Previous management experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 3 years' experience in an audit or quality management environment Leave & Disability industry experience preferred Strong analytical skills and experience with quality methodologies
