Key Responsibilities
Service the assigned book of business and manage client inquiries
Act as the single point of contact for operational inquiries and escalated issues
Conduct client portal training and support operational departments to enhance member experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare industry experience
Experience working with deadlines
Knowledge of administrative operations
Associates Degree preferred; HS diploma required or 2+ years relevant work experience
Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
