A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Field incoming emails and phone calls from prospective and existing clients regarding pricing, billing, and product information
Act as the primary contact for membership applications and account setup, ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team
Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
BA/BS degree or international equivalent preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
