Client Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage client relationships and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries through various communication channels
Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex matters to management
Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience
Qualifications
Proficiency in email etiquette
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Preferred knowledge of Front email system and ReporterBase, but not required
Must be a team player with excellent phone etiquette
