Client Services and Analytics Manager
A company is looking for a Client Services and Analytics Manager, Remote, USA.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational success by managing key performance indicators and identifying areas for process efficiency
Contribute to product development initiatives for the Cost Avoidance product
Interface with clients as the product expert, providing data-backed responses and consultative support
Required Qualifications
8 years or more experience in Client Operations or Product Management, with 3 years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
5 years or more experience leading complex data analysis/process improvement teams
Strong knowledge and experience of Agile methodology
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Access
Ability to manage and grow a team to achieve departmental goals
