Client Support Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of Client Support, preferably in the Central US Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Support team to foster a client-focused culture
Refine and scale support processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Optimize Zendesk workflows and introduce real-time support to improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing a customer support team in a SaaS organization
Deep experience with Zendesk; administration/configuration experience is a plus
Proven track record of scaling and optimizing support teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience implementing real-time support strategies (chat, phone, etc.)
Experience working with local governments or GovTech is a plus
