Clinical Practice Transformation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Practice Transformation. Key Responsibilities Manage the deployment of Clinical Transformation Programs to enhance clinical quality, physician experience, and patient service Lead engagement with practice operators and radiologist leaders to ensure program success and build presentation materials for reporting Oversee a team of 3-6 direct reports and manage physician experience feedback related to Clinical Transformation programs Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience working with senior operators of radiology practices and radiologists 5+ years of people management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Experience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable to KPIs is preferred Understanding of radiologist workflow is preferred
