A company is looking for a Global Clinical Trial Leader - FSP. Key Responsibilities: Oversee trial preparation, including planning timelines, feasibility, and engagement plans Maintain oversight during trial conduct, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing budgets Coordinate trial closeout and reporting, ensuring timely data cleaning and archiving of documents Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Leader, Clinical Trial Manager, or Clinical Trial Project Manager University degree in Biomedical Life Sciences or related field Experience in global study management and understanding of major regulations (US FDA, EMA, PMDA) Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire and empower teams Strong project management experience with a focus on strategic planning and resource management
