Key Responsibilities Perform follow-up on outstanding insurance balances and document actions taken for resolution Analyze assigned accounts using various software and handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Comply with all local, state, and federal laws while maintaining current knowledge of applicable regulations Required Qualifications H.S.
