Commercial Insurance Representative

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Tracking Representative to provide support for commercial insurance tracking to clients. Key Responsibilities Provide support to financial institutions by addressing escalated or time-sensitive issues related to commercial insurance tracking Make outbound calls to insurance agents/carriers to resolve coverage questions and update loan insurance information Review and process renewal policies while creating internal management reports and assisting with special projects Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience or related experience in an insurance or banking environment Working knowledge of insurance coverage and procedures Strong orientation to detail and accuracy in processing loan information Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
