Commercial Sales Director
A company is looking for a Director of SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales quotas and booking targets
Collaborate with various teams to meet budgeted revenue and KPI goals
Drive productivity and efficiency improvements through innovation, training, and process enhancements
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
Proven ability to build and motivate sales teams and achieve revenue targets
Experience in planning and monitoring performance for inside sales teams
Self-directed and resourceful with a strong work ethic
Preferred experience with Sales Engagement Technology
