A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for insureds and lienholders regarding policy-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority while processing policy change requests Escalate risks beyond designated authority level to appropriate personnel Required Qualifications One (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experience High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Strong computer skills including typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications Dependable and reliable with a flexible work schedule based on business needs
