Compliance Assurance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Assurance Officer III to support the Compliance Assurance Director in maintaining an effective compliance management system. Key Responsibilities Execute monitoring and testing compliance programs across the Core Bank and Fintech Partners Develop and maintain a comprehensive assessment of compliance risks throughout the Bank's operations Research and analyze federal and state regulations to ensure compliance in products, services, and systems Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of relevant work experience in Compliance within the financial services industry At least 5 years of experience in monitoring/testing compliance Experience across fintech and traditional financial institutions is ideal Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred Extensive knowledge of financial services compliance laws and regulations
