A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst II - Intake Compliance. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and communicate findings to firm partners Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel and other teams on risk management and compliance matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required 3-5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies as necessary
