A company is looking for a Contract Compensation Partner to support its compensation programs during a period of organizational growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert compensation consulting and analysis for client groups, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
Support job evaluations, market pricing, and leveling of roles using compensation surveys
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and hiring decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field; CCP certification a plus
5+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems and compensation tools
Ability to interpret compensation data, generate insights, and influence decision-making
Familiarity with compensation regulations
