Copado Release Manager

A company is looking for a Copado Release Manager to oversee release management strategy and execution across multiple Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all aspects of release management, including planning and scheduling software builds Own the overall environment strategy, ensuring synchronization and stability across Salesforce environments Manage and mentor a team of release engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management or DevOps, including 2+ years with Copado Proven experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and leading cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Deep understanding of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices Required certification: Copado Fundamentals I; preferred certifications include Copado Fundamentals II and Salesforce certifications
