CPA Licensed Head of Accounting

A company is looking for a Head of Accounting and Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate and property-level accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee the automation of accounting processes and improve reconciliation workflows Communicate financial performance to stakeholders and drive strategic financial initiatives Required Qualifications At least 10 years of experience leading accounting/reporting teams in the hotel or real estate industry Significant experience with hotel management agreement reporting standards (USALI and GAAP) and lease accounting Experience with corporate company-level reporting, including GAAP financial reporting and corporate KPI analysis CPA license is preferred Experience using accounting software such as Netsuite or Adaptive Insights is a plus
