Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer learning, instructional design, or workforce training strategy
3+ years of experience as a practitioner with the Bridge platform, preferred
Expertise in real-world learning application and ensuring training translates to job performance improvements
Experience designing role-based training programs aligned with business workflows
Experience in learning analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies
